At a time when Patna police is yet to trace an abducted schoolboy, another minor boy from Delhi visiting Patna has gone missing.

Deputy superintendent of police, Danapur, Dilnawaz Ahmed said six-year-old Akash, son of a Delhi-based businessman has gone missing from Danapur. Akash was reported missing Thursday night from his maternal grandparents' home at Rupaspur.

Akash and his parents had arrived in Patna only five days ago from Delhi.

Ahmed said police suspected the role of some of his own family members and claimed the boy would be recovered soon. Angry local people blocked the Danapur-Patna road in protest against suspected kidnapping of Akash.

Police said the family has received no ransom call.

Police has so far, failed to trace nine-year-old Gaurav Kumar alias Golu, a fourth standard student of Dayanand Anglo Vedic public school, who was kidnapped from Danapur on September 20.
