Newly-appointed Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan is likely to constitute his Council of Ministers by December 5.

Official sources said in Bhopal Wednesday that Governor Balram Jakhar will Thursday leave for a two-day tour of Indore. After participating in various programmes, he will return late on December 2.

As December 3 is the 21st anniversary of the Bhopal gas tragedy, the cabinet will be constituted later.

The chief minister has also hinted that the council would be formed by December 5.
