Monica Bedi's judicial remand extended till December 9 November 25, 2005 20:57 IST A special Central Bureau of Investigation court in Hyderabad Friday extended till December 9 the judicial remand of Monica Bedi, underworld don Abu Salem's girlfriend, who was brought to Hyderabad on November 11 to face trial in a passport forgery case. Bedi, who is lodged in Chanchalguda central prison in Hyderabad, was produced before the judge through a video conference link between the jail and the special CBI court at Secunderabad. A bail petition filed last week on her behalf will come up for hearing on November 28.
