The Election Commission on Tuesday night issued a notification constituting the 14th Bihar Assembly after the elections results, paving the way for government formation.

The notification signed by EC Secretary R K Srivastava was forwarded to Governor Buta Singh with a copy to the Chief Secretary G S Kang, state election office sources told PTI. The notification will be published tonight in the extraordinary issue of the Gazette of the Bihar government.
