Should husbands be eligible for maintenance? November 18, 2005 The Allahabad high court recently ruled that a man who is unable to support himself is entitled to get maintenance from his earning wife during the proceedings of a matrimonial dispute. This means if a man is not earning enough to sustain himself and his wife is, then he is entitled to maintenance from her. What do you think about this verdict?
