Bihar government forms probe into Jehanabad November 14, 2005 19:26 IST Bihar government on Monday constituted a two-member administrative committee to probe Sunday night's naxalite attack in Jehanabad which left 12 dead - four killed during the operation and eight slaughtered after being kidnapped. Home Secretary H C Sirohi told PTI that V Jaishanker, Commissioner-cum-Secretary of the Water Resources department and A C Verma, Inspector General (Railways) would hold the inquiry and submit a report in a week.
"The panel will go into every aspect, including whether there was any administrative failure," Sirohi said.
