Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will look after the key External Affairs portfolio, it was stated on Monday night.

On the recommendation of Dr Singh, President A P J Abdul Kalam has directed that K Natwar Singh shall be Cabinet Minister without portfolio and that Dr Singh will look after the External Affairs ministry, a Rashtrapati Bhavan communique said.
