Lok Janshakti Party president Ram Vilas Paswan on Monday said all rebel legislators of his party would be expelled.

"All rebel MLAs (who favoured an National Democratic Alliance government led by Nitish Kumar) will be expelled from the party," Paswan told reporters in Delhi.

Paswan said the disciplinary action committee of the LJP, headed by S N Singh, would go into the anti-party activities of the rebels and expel them from the party.

He, however, declined to divulge the number of the rebels.

He said the president of the dissolved Bihar unit of the LJP, Narendra Singh, would also face the axe.

"In short, all those who betrayed the party, will be expelled," he said, adding their names would be out in a day or two.
