BJP to contest Buta Singh's decision

Terming Governor Buta Singh's decision to dissolve Bihar assembly as a panic reaction, Bharatiya Janata Party said on Monday that it would challenge the decision in court.

"The fight will be fought both on the legal and political fronts," BJP general secretary Arun Jaitley said.

"This is a reaction in panic as National Democratic Alliance leader Nitish Kumar was on the verge of gaining majority with 17 independent legislators and 22 from Lok Janshakti Party throwing their weight behind him," BJP general secretary Arun Jaitley said.
