Maharashtra Cabinet approves ban on dance bars

The Maharashtra Cabinet on Wednesday approved the ban on dance bars imposed recently by the government.

An ordinance to this effect is likely to be issued soon, a senior minister told PTI after the weekly Cabinet meeting in Mumbai.

The meeting was chaired by Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh.
