Bihar Governor Buta Singh on Wednesday met Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil and discussed the political and law and order situation in the state.

This is Singh's first visit to Delhi since President's rule was imposed in the state on March 7 after the assembly polls resulted in a fractured verdict.

After more than three weeks since the state was brought under President's rule, the Centre is yet to appoint advisers to the governor.
