Inaugural bus: Sonia to be there

United Progressive Alliance chairperson and Congress president Sonia Gandhi will join Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on April 7 in Kashmir when he flags off the Srinagar-Muzaffarabad bus service.

The two leaders will also address a public rally in Srinagar soon after flagging off the bus, senior Congress leader Ambika Soni told PTI in New Delhi.

Soni said she is holding discussions with Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed with regard to preparations for the event.
