The Centre on Tuesday admitted that some Pakistanis who had come to watch the cricket Test match between India and Pakistan at Mohali in Punjab were missing.

Talking to newspersons outside the Parliament Minister of State for Home Affairs Shriprakash Jaiswal said, "The number of those missing could be 175 to 200." He, however, said the number was not confirmed though.

He appealed to Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amrinder Singh to track down those missing and deport them.

Intelligence Bureau reports had indicated that some of them could have gone to other states.
