Anticipatory bail for Nafisa's fiancée stays March 14, 2005 13:03 IST The Supreme Court on Monday declined to entertain a petition seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to Goutam Khanduja, fiancée of model-turned-actress Nafisa Joseph who allegedly committed suicide. Dismissing the petition filed by Nafisa's father Nirmal Joseph, a Bench, comprising Justice K G Balakrishnan and Justice P K Balasubrahmaniam, said, "We are not inclined to interfere with the Bombay high court order."
