March 14, 2005 13:03 IST

Dismissing the petition filed by Nafisa's father Nirmal Joseph, a Bench, comprising Justice K G Balakrishnan and Justice P K Balasubrahmaniam, said, "We are not inclined to interfere with the Bombay high court order."
