Officials sources said the eight-member EC team headed by Rao arrived in Patna on Tuesday and  will begin reviewing the poll preparations.

The EC team would be split into four separate teams that would visit districts for five days to review the ongoing  work of preparing photo identity cards and revision of electoral rolls.
