A 70-year-old woman was allegedly raped by a youth in West Delhi early on Thursday, police sources said.
The woman had come out of her house in Tagore Garden at about 0500 IST to look for her mentally retarded son, who had wandered off.
Her neighbour Bittu (25) allegedly pulled her into his house and raped her.
The woman lodged a complaint with the police, following which, Bittu was arrested, police sources said.
