Unable to trace the men who allegedly gangraped a woman in a moving car more than 36 hours after the incident, the Delhi Police on Thursday announced a reward of Rs 50,000 for any clue that would help nab them.

The identity of any person who provides information about the accused will be kept confidential, a Delhi police
spokesman said.

Police on Thursday released the portrait of one of the three men who had gangraped the woman after abducting her from Mayapuri in south-west Delhi on Wednesday.

He was described as being in his 20s, of medium height, thinly built with a long nose, thin lips and dark complexion.

The portraits of the other two accused were being finalised in consultation with the victim and would be released when she was satisfied with these, the spokesman said.

The Crime Branch has been directed to help local police to ascertain the identities of the accused, he added.
