A day after the Special Court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against him, T T V Dinakaran, one of the accused in the Rs 66.65 crore disproportionate assets case filed against Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa and others, on Wednesday surrendered before the court.

Special Court Judge A S Pachhapure granted conditional bail to Dinakaran after he executed a bond of Rs 1 lakh and other sureties.

Dinakaran, one of the accused in the London [Images] Hotel case, has now been arrayed as accused number five.

Pachhapure on Tuesday issued a non-bailable warrant against Dinakaran, after he failed to appear before it in compliance of a July 2 summons.
