Amit, son of Congress member of Parliament and former Chhattisgarh chief minister Ajit Jogi, will undergo lie detector and brain mapping tests.

Amit is an accused in the murder of state's Nationalist Congress Party treasurer Ram Avtar Jaggi two years back.

Central Bureau of Investigation sources said Amit will be subjected to a polygraphic test. He will be asked to sign a bond notifying that he is undergoing the test willingly.

If he refuses to undergo the test, the denial would become a circumstantial evidence against him, the sources said.

Amit will undergo the brain mapping test at the Ahmedabad-based Central Forensic Science Laboratory.

Amit was arrested on July 1 when he appeared before the CBI for questioning.

Fourteen people have been arrested in connection with the murder.
