4 terrorists arrested in Delhi

The Delhi police on Saturday arrested four Kashmiri terrorists and recovered arms and ammunition from them.

Police sources said the men, identified as Masood, Zahid, Bashir and Nazir, were arrested while they were travelling towards the Indira Gandhi [Images] International Airport.

Four Chinese pistols along with 18 cartridges, 35 cartridges of AK-47 rifles, one hand grenade, fake currency totalling Rs 50,000 and a cheque for Rs 9.5 lakh were recovered from them.

The police also recovered a map of the Indira Gandhi International Airport and army uniforms from the terrorists.

Top officials of the Delhi police are tightlipped about the arrests.
