CM's son accused of murdering legislator

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Rajasekhar Reddy's son Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, Panchayat Raj Minister J C Diwakar Reddy and the Inspector General of Police, Rayalseema region, R P Meena, are among the six people named in the first information report filed by Komaiah, father-in-law of Telugu Desam Party legislator Paritala Ravi, who was shot dead in Anantapur town on Monday.

The names of M Suryanarayana, known as Suri, who is in jail in connection with the Jubilee bomb blast case and his wife Bhanumathi, who had unsuccessfully contested against Paritala Ravi from Penukonda assembly constituency in the last assembly election, were also in the FIR, a report from Anantapur said.
