PBD to be held every two years

In future, the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas will be held every two years with the government proposing to organise a business meet in the gap year.

Global Organization of People of Indian Origin president Inder Singh told rediff.com that the Ministry of Overseas Indians' Affairs, which has organised the PBD along with FICCI, proposes to invite Indian CEOs of top firms worldwide for the business meet.
