Prime Minister Manmohan Singh returned to New Delhi Wednesday evening from a four-day official visit to Russia.

During his visit to Moscow, Dr Singh held summit level talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and also met other top leaders of the country. India and Russia also signed agreements in diverse fields to intensify cooperation.
