DC Sudhir Rajpal has been replaced by Panipat DC R P Bhardwaj and SP Yoginder Singh Nehra has been replaced by Jhajjar SP Hanif Qureshi, an official spokesman said today. No reason was cited for the removal of the two, against whom action had been sought by various political parties.
