Angry over irregular power supply, irate farmers on Tuesday ransacked the Maharashtra State Electricity Board office in Kalvan in Nasik district.

Claiming that irregular power supply had damaged their pumps, the farmers said they had lost their crops.

Beij, Bijore and Bharvan villages apart from Kalvan town, they said, have been hit by irregular electricity supply.

MSEB has lodged a police complaint, but no arrests have been made so far.
