Dawood's brother quits electoral arena September 25, 2004 17:36 IST Iqbal Kaskar, gangster Dawood Ibrahim's younger brother, who is lodged in a Mumbai jail under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, has withdrawn his nomination from Umarkhadi assembly constituency in south Mumbai, according to his lawyer Sultan Khan.
