CBSE paper leak: Sachdeva surrenders September 18, 2004 18:44 IST Sudhir Sachdeva, owner of the Sachdeva chain of coaching institutes, on Saturday surrendered before a court in Delhi in connection with the leakage of CBSE pre-medical entrance test question papers.
