Best Bakery case prosecutor dead October 02, 2004 01:32 IST Noted lawyer and Special Public Prosecutor in the Best Bakery case, P R Vakil, died in Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital on Friday night following a heart ailment, sources said. He was admitted to the hospital on September 22 and an angioplasty was performed on him the next day, the sources said. Vakil was present in the court on September 22 when charges were framed against 16 accused in the Best Bakery case.
