Uma Bharti appointed BJP general secretary

Former Madhya Pradesh chief minister Uma Bharti was on Thursday appointed general secretary of the Bharatiya Janata Party. BJP leader Arun Jaitley made this announcement at a press conference in Delhi. Earlier Reports:
