Change in schedule of Samjhauta Express

Northern Railways (NR) has effected a change in the schedule of the Samjhauta Express and Attari-Delhi Special.

The 4608 Lahore-Attari Samjhauta Express and 4002 Attari-Delhi Special, which were earlier scheduled to run on Mondays and Thursdays, will now run on Tuesdays and Fridays.

However, there is no change in the schedule of the 4001 Delhi-Attari Special, which runs on Wednesdays and Sundays from Delhi, and the 4607 Attari-Lahore Samjhauta Express, which runs on Thursdays and Mondays.

But there is no change in the composition and timings of the Samjhauta Express and the Attari Special trains.

The 4607/4608 Attari-Lahore-Attari Samjhauta Express will run with an Indian rake with immediate effect up to November 23, 2004, a NR release said.
