Mulayam quits Lok Sabha seat

Samajwadi Party president and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav, on Tuesday quit his Lok Sabha seat.

Yadav had contested and won from Mainpuri in the just concluded parliamentary polls.

He sent in his resignation to the Lok Sabha secretary general, party sources said.
