Pakistani Coast Guard arrests 11 Indian fishermen March 20, 2004 13:04 IST The Pakistan Coast Guard has arrested 11 Indian fishermen for allegedly entering Pakistan's territorial waters illegally. A Coast Guard spokesman, Lt Cmdr Mohammed Zeshan, said two boats were also seized. The fishermen, he said, were arrested about 100 kilometres east of Karachi, the capital of Sindh province.
