Workers lacked enthusiasm: Vajpayee June 24, 2004 14:31 IST Former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on Thursday attributed the lack of enthusiasm among party workers as one of the reasons for the Bharatiya Janata Party's debacle in the last general election.
