BJP MP's son commits suicide June 17, 2004 15:03 IST A Bharatiya Janata Party MP's son allegedly committed suicide by shooting himself at his residence in Gonda on Thursday, police said. Shakti Singh is the elder son of Brij Bhushan Saran Singh who represents Balrampur in Uttar Pradesh. He allegedly shot himself with his father's pistol in his bedroom at their Nawabganj residence in the morning. He was his father's poll manager during the recent Lok Sabha election.
