Talks with Hurriyat in July: Shivraj Patil June 11, 2004 17:58 IST The Union government on Friday said that talks with the All Party Hurriyat Conference would be held next month. "As far as dialogue with the Hurriyat Conference goes, we think it can start in the month of July. If it is convenient to them," Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil told reporters at his first press conference in Delhi after assuming office.
