Party vice-president and spokesman Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi told reporters in Delhi that it was a matter of concern that the Rashtriya Janata Dal chief calamities like floods lightly and sought to entertain people with 'shameless arguments' such as the flood giving an opportunity to people to eat fish.

"By asking the people of Bihar to eat fish available through flood waters instead of providing them with rotis (food), the governments, both at the Centre and the state, are making fun of the poor," he said.
