Centre proposes Kashmir talks at home minister's level

The Centre on Wednesday proposed to hold talks with the All Parties Hurriyat Conference at the home minister's level later this month or early next month.

The home ministry in a statement said efforts are being made to set a fresh date for the talks in late July or early August in consultation with the Hurriyat leadership.
