The first Pakistani flight to India in two years took off from Lahore's Allama Iqbal International Airport on Thursday.
The resumption of air traffic between the neighbours is considered a prelude to talks between the two nations.
The air links were snapped following the December 2001 terrorist attack on the Indian Parliament.
