Truce is indefinite: Pakistan January 02, 2004 21:19 IST Pakistan on Friday said the ceasefire along the Line of Control and International Border would be indefinite. This was its first reaction to India's proposal to make the truce permanent. "It is a comprehensive ceasefire," Pakistan foreign office spokesperson Masood Khan said in Islamabad. "The ceasefire is holding and this is very good." The next step, he said, should be a composite dialogue between India and Pakistan to resolve all issues, including Kashmir.
