Summons have already been served on Bhujbal and his nephew, Sameer.

Bhujbal's questioning assumes significance as he also held the home portfolio and was thus responsible for appointing police officers like R S Sharma, S Wagal and Pradeep Sawant in key positions. All three -- Sharma, wagal, Sawant -- are now under arrest.

Former Andhra Pradesh sports minister and Telugu Desam Party MLA, Krishna Yadav, and Samajwadi Janata Party legislator, Anil Gote, are also under arrest for their alleged involvement in the scam.
