Security measures have been beefed up around NSCN (IM) camp at Hebron, near Dimapur, where the two leaders -- chairman Issac Chisi Swu and general secretary Thuingaleng Muivah -- would be staying, official sources said.

They, however, clarified that once the leaders arrived in the camp, it would be the responsibility of the NSCN (IM) cadres to provide them security.

A public reception will be accorded to the two leaders by the apex tribal council, Naga Hoho, and Dimapur-based Naga Council and some Naga NGOs and churches.

Swu and Muivah had arrived in New Delhi on December 5 and met with top political leaders.

The NSCN's Khaplang faction on Monday in a statement announced halting of 'all military operations' from December 5 to allow people to celebrate Christmas and New Year.
