HC rejects Shahabuddin's bail plea

The Patna high court on Monday rejected the bail petition of Rashtriya Janata Dal MP Mohammad Shahabuddin in a case of kidnapping and murder.

Shahabuddin is an accused in the kidnapping and murder of Communist Party of India-ML worker Munna Chaudhary three years ago.
Shahabuddin's petition for bail was rejected by Justice B K Jha.
