BJD wins Orissa by-poll September 29, 2003 14:08 IST Ruling Biju Janata Dal candidate Sanjib Sahu has defeated his nearest Independent rival Pushpanjali Pradhan by over 27,000 votes in the bypoll to the Biramaharajpur assembly seat in Orissa.
