POTA files relating to Raja Bhaiya missing

Files relating to the Prevention of Terrorism Act cases against jailed independent legislator Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiya, his father Udai Pratap Singh and cousin Akshay Pratap Singh have been missing for over a week from the district collectorate in Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, sources said on Wednesday.

Former district magistrate Mohammed Mustafa and the assistant prosecution officer, who are dealing with the cases, have been transferred, the sources said.

The District Magistrate of Pratapgarh, R S Verma, has asked officials to locate the files at the earliest.
