Mumbai blasts suspect being interrogated in Bangalore

Intelligence Bureau sleuths interrogated a 30-year-old man picked up at the airport in Bangalore in connection with the twin Mumbai bomb blasts, official sources said on Tuesday.

Mohammed Fahim, who hailed from Hyderabad, arrived in Bangalore from Mumbai to board a flight to Dubai on August 31. He was detained at the Bangalore airport on Monday.

The Bangalore Police were put on alert after the Mumbai Police sounded and alert for Fahim.

Fahim is working as an electrician in Dubai. He told interrogators that since he could not get a ticket from Mumbai, he came down to Bangalore to proceed from here.
