A Patiala court on Tuesday rejected the bail application of singer Daler Mehndi who is facing charges in a case of alleged human trafficking.

Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate P S Dhanoa pronounced the order

On Monday the Delhi high court had dismissed the anticipatory bail application of the Punjabi pop singer Daler.

"Nothing survives in the petition since Daler has applied for a regular bail in the court concerned at Patiala," Justice S K Agarwal had said.

He also directed Daler's surety Ravinder Kumar, also his advocate, to produce the singer before the Patiala police.
