The Vatican has made arrangements for worldwide telecast of Mother Teresa's beatification ceremony on October 19.

The Pontifical Council for Social Communications has released information to broadcasters regarding coordination of telecasts of the Mass to be celebrated by the Pope John Paul-II for the beatification of Mother and the 25th year of his own election to the papacy, according to a communiqu� received by the Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata.

On October 19, the Pope will celebrate the Mass at St Peter's Square at the Vatican between 0755 and 1030 GMT (1335 and 1600 IST).

While the telecasts will be available in Europe through the European Broadcasting Union, it will be available to the rest of the world through Intelsat.
