NC activist among 2 shot two dead in J&K Mukhtar Shah in Srinagar Kashmir | January 23, 2003 16:52 IST Militants on Thursday afternoon shot two passengers of a mini-bus in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir. The militants stopped the mini-bus near village Saraipul in Tangmarg area and dragged the two passengers out, sources in the police said. One of the victims was identified as Ghulam Rasool Dar, a prominent National Conference activist. No one has owned responsibility for the killings yet.
