Jharkhand govt takes strong action against striking Jharkhand cops February 26, 2003 00:50 IST The Jharkhand government on Tuesday night cracked down on the agitating Jharkhand Men's Police Association (JMPA) dismissing two leaders, including the association's president, a top police officer said in Ranchi. "President Ramchandra Pandey and Devendra Tiwari were dismissed from services," the official told PTI. He denied the duo was dismissed under the ESMA.
