Security agencies on Saturday received a call saying a bomb had been planted in Parliament House complex.

A bomb disposal squad and fire tenders were rushed to the complex where a meeting to review security in Parliament was on, police said.

The unidentified person who called in the afternoon said the bomb would explode at 1630 IST, according to the police.

The entire area was searched, the police said, adding that call was declared hoax after nothing was found.
